「Information bank」is a social system that let some trust-worthy organization like banks manage and distribute people’s personal information based on approval.「 Since 2014, centered with this project, run by Academic-Industrial Consortium, as the result the recognition of information bank has been started last year. Started from 2019,「Data Portability」from JST’s RISTEX HITE Project, EU’s GDPR is researching and developing on the topic of what kind of personal information could be wisely used. We are considering the application of personal data concerning the current COVID-19 pandemic, taking both policy and technology in to account.
